Welcome to the CARE Coalition!
In 2025, Touchstone Health Services was awarded a three-year grant funded by the Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family through Arizona’s Parent Commission. This initiative is focused on preventing and addressing early signs of youth substance use through a comprehensive, community-based approach.
Touchstone will partner with community agencies and organizations to provide a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of youth within the community. The goal will be to collaborate with youth, caregivers, schools, community organizations, foster care systems, youth-serving agencies, after-school care providers, local city councils, faith-based organizations, and others to provide a comprehensive approach to support youth in building protective factors that mitigate risk behaviors.
