The science is clear regarding the short-term and long-term effects of self-care. The current global pandemic spotlights the need for better practices that promote healing, help, and hope. This presentation will include tangible strategies to foster resilience in your life and in the lives of others. The session will also address the importance of doing so throughout the current crisis, and how to prepare for the future.
