With Touchstone’s five years, Teen Pregnancy Prevention grant, from the Office of Population Affairs, coming to an end, the CARE Coalition and Touchstone Health Services is excited to share all the successes our programming has had in the far west valley these past five years (2015-2020). With the help of all our wonderful staff, CARE members, partners, and youth leaders, we have been able to take huge strides in not only preventing teen pregnancy but also helping to bring much-needed resources and education on a multitude of different topics to the community. We hope this video not only shows you the impact that we have had but that you are also able to see all the wonderful people that have been involved and the change that has been made.
