COVID has really changed the lives of so many. These are some great alternatives to COIVD friendly Halloween festivities. I also never thought about the importance of costume safety when it comes to being extra visible at night. I do not have kids, but I am going to pass this along to friends and family members that do. Very helpful, thank you for the information!
I love the candy hunt in the dark idea! This is something I plan on implementing in my house. Thank you for the information, I will be sharing it with my family!
Great read! These are definitely some issues I faced and worried about when I was a kid. Being older now, I am excited to hand out candy to the kids in my neighborhood on Sunday night!
Great tips! My family and I really took into consideration the “brightening up the costume” suggestion since this time of year it start to get darker quicker. We used glow sticks and flashing bracelets that matched well with their PJ Masks costume! Thank you for sharing this.
The candy hunt in the dark idea is great! I know there are still people who are being very cautious so this seems like a great idea for them. Adding glow sticks to costumes seems like a fun idea as well while also adding some safety measures. I think for next year I will plan on handing out glowsticks with the candy so that way the kids can have them while they’re walking incase they don’t already have some.
